Now this is a story all about how
Leonard Kim sent me gifts, life got flipped, turned upside-down
And I’d like to take a minute
Just read his note right there
I’ll tell you how I became this silly, big-eyed bear.
In east Manhattan, born and raised
One big playpen where I spent most of my days
Chillin’ out maxin’ relaxin’ all cool
In drops a shitload of gifts from some fool
I start going batty, and forgot about food
And I got high. That catnip carrot was good!
I saw that one fake little mouse and I wanna play!
So I caught it between Scott’s feet and chewed away.
I punched an orange ball but the new one looked the same,
But nothing irked me more than that whack-a-mole game.
In the end I was pooped and was stuck on the floor,
The best birthday ever, and this cat’s sad no more.
How cute! My cat loves to act all manic at times and will run in my apartment from the kitchen window, to table, to couch, to computer desk, to bedroom, to green fabric chair, and under the bed and then run back in that exact sequence to the kitchen window…one of her favorite toys is a red ball with something inside it and she’ll chase it all over the apartment…quite funny…not sure how to operate my video camera on phone yet though…Thanks for the morning laugh! and for following my blog- LaVancia

Your cat sounds young… those are a lot of stops on the tour! I wouldn’t worry too much about recording her. It sounds like it’d probably end up looking like a Cloverfield sequel! Looking forward to catching some of your future writing too 🙂
