Meow!!
Whacha gonna be for Halloween? Huh?
I can’t wait!
I might go as a scary human-eating monster! MrOWr!
Or I might go as the victim instead! Eep!
I definitely get in the Halloween mood, because my litter box is in a very creepy-looking bathroom.
Scott even thought it’d be funny to hang that bloody dress on the wall, which was from his latest creepy short film.
Meow? You’re not getting dressed up?
C’mon, you can’t go in street clothes. I mean, what would you say if you saw someone at a Halloween party that looked like…
THIS!
So lame! If you can’t buy a costume, use your imagination!
Here’s my bunny costume.
And my shrimp costume.
See how simple this is?
And while we’re talking about food, how about the burrito!
Or am I a soft taco? No idea!
But if you prefer promoting healthier food, you can always be a salad bowl instead.
Or, you can invent your own costume with accessories! Look how pretty I am!
And how creepy I am!
Sometimes a hat makes a costume.
Here’s my sultan costume…
Look at me! I’m a birthday cat!
And now let’s celebrate!
I’m a champagne bottle!
Or how about this hat! I’m a lamp!
Okay, those were not serious costumes, I agree.
I think it’s time I show you the cool stuff.
Remember these? Steampunk kitty costume!
Skatergirl!
Listen for that DOPPLER EFFECT MEEEEEEEEeeeeoooo-o-o-o–o–w—w—-w…
Oh, another science costume!
Schrödinger’s cat!
It’s really awkward to go to a Halloween dance wearing this box, but…
What do I care? I’m a cat!
Or… if you have a brown blanket…
You can be a Jedi cat!
My Jedi mind tricks will never work on the evil…
Jabba the Cat!
But…
I’ve been holding out on you. It’s time for the … ultimate … costume.
I don’t think I’ll ever top…
The astrocat!
It sure is beautiful up here. But.. I’m not sure how to get back to the Halloween party now.
Oops.
Meow.
UPDATE: On a road trip for two weeks, which will include my first film festival screening! My film, Sky Paradise, is being shown by the New Filmmakers Film Festival in Manhattan’s East Village. Very excited! Feel free to drop by if you don’t have plans tonight. Either way, hopefully this Luna-post will hold you guys over until I get back.
Congratulations on the film. I love Luna as ‘skatergirl’.

How exciting to see your film being screened!!
Congratulations. 🙂
When I was a Physics grad student my Halloween costume was Schrodinger’s cat. It included a name plate that said “Return Dead or Alive to E.Schrodinger”.

It got a warm reception. Fun evening in New York 🙂 Luna is confused how you could do the Schrodinger’s cat costume without the box though. Did you have a box? Then again, if the cat was in the box, I guess you’d have to put “Return Dead and Alive” instead.

Tell Luna that there was no box.:( I’m not that inventive. 😦
